We know all too well how so many of our "competitors" go right into sales mode with potential customers when it comes to what should be the best suggestion, or recommendation. Yes, there will be times when an HVAC system just has to be replaced and cannot be repaired. Many things factor into this... Age of the system, number of parts that have been replaced over the years and certainly the age of the parts as well. 

But there are also many scenarios where a customer simply needs one or two parts to be replaced or maybe some materials swapped out. Instead they revert right to sales mode and try and upsale an entire new HVAC System, which is exactly what the "go to" is for these other companies because they're more interested in the money that comes with it instead of a repair that can suite the customer's needs much better.
